About Me
Hi, I’m Emmi. I struggled with low self worth for the longest time. I had a very strong inner critic, hated my body for most of my life and found it hard to accept compliments and support. Loving myself was not a concept that resonated, not one bit.
In addition, I was super sensitive to energies and other people’s moods – and because I was disconnected from my own power and hesitant to listen to my inner guidance – these energies affected me enormously.
It was only once I started to understand that it wasn’t just me who was feeling this way – that this was very common amongst women all around the world – and that on many levels, we had been programmed to forget our own power and to dislike ourselves, that I consciously stepped onto a path towards more self love and acceptance.
I started to peel back layers of armouring and heal life times and generations of wounds around self worth and little by little, fell in love with myself – exactly the way I am.
And, once I discovered Womb Awakening and started to consciously connect with the innate power & wisdom of my womb, it was like finding the missing piece of the puzzle that unleashed the wild, gracious, compassionate and wise feminine in me.
Now, I am more and more in a state of high vibration & balance, learning to keep my heart open and rooting into my power. I am trusting my inner knowing & ancestral wisdom and flowing with the energies of the current transition.

How does this program work?
The program weaves together ancient shamanic, feminine practices and more modern energy shifting approaches, creating a potent, magical cauldron for deep healing.
For the 7-week duration of the program, you will receive weekly emails containing information about each week’s topic, including a weekly Reflection Guide, with more information about the theme of each week as well as pointers for reflection, as well as a collection of audio, written and video materials that you can go through at your own pace.
There are also 3 powerful online gatherings, where we get to do process work together – and when women come together for healing, it gets SUPER powerful! For those on Facebook, we have a private group for further sharing, support and reflection.
If you choose to work with me one on one, you will also get three potent healing and transformation sessions that are tailored to your unique life and soul experiences and during which we get to shift and release limiting beliefs and patterns that are likely to be blocking you from moving forward. This is where it gets real deep and life changing!

How much time should I dedicate to the program each week?
As always with transformational work, the more you put into it, the more you will gain from it. However, I want you to listen to your body and go at the pace that the slowest part in you is ready to move at, because this way you are honoring yourself at a very deep level. You may wish to plan for 2-4 hours a week to be able to go through the self study practices, join me for the weekly live coaching. Many women choose to do some of the energy shifting work more than once and most continue utilising these practices well beyond the completion of program.

About Emmi
Emmi is an intuitive healer, wisdom keeper and a womb awakening shamana and teacher, dedicated to re-awakening ancient feminine wisdom.
